Marisa Waldburger

After studying acting and theater at the „Zürcher Hochschule der Künste“ Marisa Waldburger worked for theaters in Germany and Switzerland, played in several films and along with an ever-growing handful of musicians she co-founded „Ensemble Spektrum”, an interdisciplinary performing group.

Since 2006 Marisa has also been working as a business actor for leading global companies. After an initial assignment to hold a training for senior professionals in presentation skills and public speaking in 2010, she successfully created her own training concept based on methods and techniques she had learnt during her studies and applied to her work on stage.

The Feldenkrais method for working with the body is a focal point of her work, as well as the Lichtenberger method in regards to the voice and the Middendorf method for working with the breath. In 2013 Marisa completed a course on solution focused coaching. She is an experienced coach in one-on-one trainings as well as in group settings. Her aim is to support her clients to feel more confident speaking in front of an audience, which includes the effect of appearing more competent.

She has worked with clients in the French and German speaking parts of Switzerland, Germany and in the UK. Her main coaching topics are communication skills (e.g. leadership trainings, interviews and client conversations), public speaking and presentation skills.

Since 2014 she moderated medical congresses for the „Forum für medizinische Fortbildung“ (forum for medical training) in Switzerland.

Marisa holds a diploma in acting and theater from „Zürcher Hochschule der Künste“. She is fluent in German, French (Diplôme approfondi de langue française DALF C1) and English (Certificate in Advanced English, University of Cambridge).
