I coach social leaders and mid-management corporate leaders to grow and elevate their impact to achieve their dream of building a better world. I am fortunate and privileged, to have the opportunity to coach corporate clients from diverse culture and industries in APEC. I also volunteer to coach non-profit leaders via various Global Non-Profit coaching platforms.
I believe that who you are is how you show up. Leadership begins with the ability to lead oneself before leading others. Clarity about your values, purpose, and passions is essential to build strong relationships and leading effectively. I believe deep transformation is possible if the clients are open, willing to be vulnerable, and do the work. The success of the coaching session is defined by the client. I focus on building deep trust and connection first.
My coaching style blends empathy with accountability; creating a safe and non-judgemental space where clients can explore challenges openly while being encouraged to face and overcome their issues eg. limiting beliefs. I create a safe space, where my client will feel a sense of trust and openness from the very first session. Enveloped in this cocoon the client can pause, reflect, and uncover what’s really holding them back. I listen deeply, ask with curiosity on “the who” of the client, to help them cut through the noise to find clarity, spot blind spots, and focus on what truly matters.
My approach blends empathy with accountability, so while client will feel supported, they will also be nudged to confront limiting beliefs and take practical steps forward. Clients often leave with fresh perspectives, useful tools, and the confidence to set boundaries, balance ambition with self-kindness, and make conscious choices. Overtime, you’ll notice a shift—from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to feeling clear, calm, and in control of your growth journey.
