Diana Perez Saavedra has over 20 years of Human Resources experience working with Fortune 500 international companies. She has a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Texas, USA and holds SPHR-SCP and previous GPHR certification from Society for Human Resources Management. In addition, she is Past President of Greater Miami Society for Human Resources and is a Co-Founder of the International HR Community (IHRC) based in Zurich.

Previous projects, services and experience:

Diana’s work experience includes companies such as: Citrix Systems Inc., World Fuels Services, where she supported Global Businesses for Human Resources, Leadership Development, Succession and HIPO Strategies with an emphasis on D&I. Previous to this Diana was at Ametek, Inc., as Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources for the MRO Division based in Miami, Florida. There she was responsible for enhancing the HR infrastructure and capabilities, including Talent Management, Performance Management, and working with Executives and their leadership teams.

Prior to Ametek, Diana worked at Swiss Reinsurance Company based in Zurich, Switzerland as Director of Human Resources, where in addition to leading the Global HR function for Information Technology, she led a Global HR team in support of a large-scale IT Transformation Program. This included change efforts with a focus on culture, collaboration and employee engagement. Previous positions also include: Novartis based in Basel where she was Head of HR for Global IT/Pharma CIO and supported the Diversity Initiative for Women@IT, and prior to this she was Regional Director of HR Latin America for Oracle Corporation based in Miami where she led the HR integration for Peoplesoft acquisition for nine countries in Latin America.
